Fabulous Luxurious Stay
This resort is heavenly.....large, luxurious and very likable. The rooms were capacious and clean--mine had a ginormous comfy bed. Even though the sea view rooms were not actually steps from the water it was more private being back a bit and the sea view from the room was just marvelous. On the nice little terrace there was a chair, side table and a bean bag chair which we dragged down to the edge of the trees on the gorgeous beach (and returned !). Flip-flops, palm leaf tote bag, plush toy, peanut kisses, and bottle of wine were complimentary in my room. Although there was a wedding on the beach the first night, there was a notification in the room and the celebration stopped promptly at 22:00. The breakfast buffet was incredible and served in the open air building in front of the day-access pool with a sea view. Incredible choices available to suit every palate. A lot of the produce comes from South Farms which you can grab the free shuttle to visit. My two teenage grandchildren loved our visit there. They caught my fish which was grilled and ready for our lunch for a small fee. Food at the restaurant in the resort was a bit pricey so we walked down the beach several nights for dinner or took the very cheap (3€) tuktuk (which you can order easily from the front of the resort) to Alona beach which was heaving with people Great dinner at Gerry's ! There are two pools; one is available also for day access guests with bar/restaurant and sun loungers and chairs The other pool is for resort guests only with bar/food, sun loungers, chairs and tables. More people in the late afternoon Service was quick and staff friendly. Occasionally dishes and glasses were not cleared away from departed customers but was quickly resolved. Security staff were very friendly and conscientious about keeping day guests or passing beach goers in designated areas. Massages with sea view----marvelous !!!!
Almost nothing ! No mosquito problems-use bug spray. Use pool bar during day as other bar area can be overwhelmed.

Had the best massage right in front of the beach so relaxing. We will definitely come back

In general staff, facilities, provisions, cleanliness and service were excellent.
It is nice that in house guests have private areas to relax separated from day-guests. The security was great in protecting these areas. The location was excellent for a quiet and laid back holiday. The beach was not crowded compared to Alona. The free toiletries and beverage items are also of high quality. We liked the coffee bags and Twinnings teabags. The nightly live music was very good as well as their song selections. The breakfast buffet has vegetable dish options and fruits that we enjoyed so much. The omelette station staff were great.
There was a wedding where noise was expected and we’re informed to finish at ten pm but noise went longer.
